Types of sprinkler systems that we install

The fire sprinkler system is constantly charged with water under pressure, which holds the fire sprinkler valve in the closed position. When a fire sprinkler head is activated water instantly flows on to the fire.
A sprinkler system for use where freezing temperatures may exist. The dry fire sprinkler system is constantly charged with compressed air, which holds the fire sprinkler valve in closed position. When a fire sprinkler head is activated, the air pressure is lost, the valve opens and water flows into the system and on to the fire.
A combination of an electrical/mechanical detection system, charged with compressed air, sprinkler pipes are only filled with water upon electrical detection to avoid accidental water damage. A pre-action fire sprinkler system is commonly installed in high-risk areas such as data processing facilities or cold storage warehouses.
A combination of an electrical/mechanical detection system, fire sprinkler heads are open and the pipe is not pressurized. When the detection system is activated water discharges through all of the sprinkler heads in the system. A deluge fire sprinkler system is commonly installed in high-risk areas such as power plants, aircraft hangars, and chemical storage or processing facilities.
Get rid of Special Hazard and replace with Anti-freeze Sprinkler Systems. Antifreeze loops protect areas in a building that are prone to freezing. A check valve isolates the antifreeze loop from the rest of the sprinkler system. Antifreeze loops are filled with a variety of different liquids the most common being: propylene glycol, glycerin and ethylene glycol.
ESFR systems are designed to extinguish, as opposed to control, a fire. Extinguishment is accomplished by discharging increased water flows directly to the fire. This increased flow penetrates the fire plume (rising hot gases usually accompanied by smoke) and attacks the fire's fuel source, thus reducing the heat release rate of the fire until it is extinguished.
In-rack sprinklers provide additional protection within rack structures with spacing that can vary between 10 and 25 feet vertically between lines of sprinklers. Since there are more sprinklers installed within the rack structure and they are relatively close together vertically there is a reduced water demand for the operation of these sprinklers then is required by a typical ESFR sprinkler
